    A good company where you can start your career
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of everyday new challenges. I really gained lots of knowledge on hardware/software. The compensation is quite good enough.

    If you work hard you will earn more.
    The good thingsThe management is very supportive. More sales more incentives aside from your basic salary and commissions. Our boss is very generous. We treat each other as one family. Company outing is truly unforgettable.
    The challengesWell ofcourse its frustrating if you cant reach your quota. No sales means low income.

    The good thingsTraining's provided by the company is practical and generally use in outside field, able to exercise once communication skills and assessment of the situation. Immediate response in bringing solution in client needs are important . Different problems encountered that needs to be tackled and review to find future solution.
    The challengesInsufficient support for the company employees in technical field. The work is limited in trouble shooting and is not getting any further. The job satisfaction depends on the perception of the worker doing job.

    The good thingsThe environment is not that good but the people I work with is very friendly and fun. About the work, I can do it and I know everybody will easily learn and do the work well. The most I like most in this company, they have a very patient, kind and nice boss. I want to render my service to more years with them.
    The challengesThe most challenging and difficult part of my experience in my work is that when I compute the payroll of our messengers and crews with the drivers. I'm having a hard time to compute that because they have a different shift with many late and absences.
