    Okay but needs improvement
    The good thingsThey gave a non-experienced employee a chance to work in the company. The job is hard at first, but you will learn a lot from all of the employees.
    The challengesThe job (in my department) gives you a lot of pressure due to a high target output. Which for me is, quality over quantity. They should reboot their outout system to be able to produce more quality products.

    quality control works
    The good thingsDiscovering new things. Having a workmates that are willing to help you when your in need. I also enjoyed checking the products if they met the required standards given by the company. Learning more QA works like monitoring ang evaluating the products for a more secured and a high quality products and QC works like analysing the product in order also to met the standard quality of the product.
    The challengesit done better because I learned a lot especially processing frozen meats.
