    Good for experience but not for long-term employment
    The good thingsbig company with nice & understanding boss good to get experience on
    The challengesno room for growth they do not care about their employees health - no HMO or healthcare assistance they do not care with any of your contributions that will help their company they stick with traditional, ineffective, inefficient processes not ISO QMS Certified - means they do not care about their processes and systems. No leadership trainings, boss are not trained to grow their people employees are dispensable

    The Real Deal
    The good thingsI have been able to improve my skills on my own and gain a lot of experience on my work by doing the work in a team but more on individual projects. I have been able to learn to do work under pressure and with high expectations as well as giving me time to relax especially when I did my work early. The overtime is optional and I can go home on exact time. The workplace is somehow pleasing.
    The challengesYou work hard enough and always think outside the box but the compensation is degrading. The benefits aren't real. Some co-workers are lazy and I have to do our work on my own. Addition of the responsibilities without adding the compensation. Reimbursement takes months. The compensation is the same with training and after regularization.Increase of salary is based on connection and power.
