It was great experience, working in a non-toxic work environment, where everybody is working hand-in-hand to achieve one same goal.
The good thingsA school where offers a gateway to Japan for a training while gaining money at the same time. Being an HR Promoter, it gives me a chance to travel the our state to conduct an orientation to promote our school. Here, everybody helps each other to achieve the quota which we need to achieve before the end of every month. No matter how hard achieving the goal is, we are helping hand-in-hand so that no one will be left out.
The challengesMaybe it's the communication between our branch here in Padada and in the main branch in Laguna.

The good thingsTeaching japanese language will not just improve your japanese language skill while teaching but also gain more self-confidence speaking in front of many people. being a teacher will make you meet a lot of different people, create new friends and that what makes a great experience for me.
The challengesstudents are all different in all aspects. there are those who really excel in class and there are those who need a lot of patience until they understand. there are those who will put you on your limit due to there misbehavior and there are those that you don't really to tell them everyday the do's and don't. the challenge is how you will treat and manage that kind of students.
