    Good company, good employee
    The good thingsI really enjoyed the teamwork aspect of the job, and liked seeing how all the pieces of our projects came together in the end. The teamwork aspect of that job and this job is something that greatly appeals to me, because I typically end up learning a lot about what I'm capable of when working in synch with others.
    The challengesI'm not enjoy when my supervisor is so serious. But I realized that is natural. Love your work like yourself.

    The challengesIf you are looking for a good paying company, please don't expect this from them. You should be ready to forget what is work life balance because of the work load is to high for a very low salary. Some people here are harsh so be ready to be humiliated.

    The good thingsthe People that you will work with, specially my boss which is really supportive and dedicated to teach me on the things that i am not familiar with. and also the management and the owner will do everything to lessen and brighten up the mood of the office by not being too strict and giving recognition for those people who excel on their job.
    The challengesthe challenge before is that i am the very first employee on the company for the position, so there are no standard yet to follow.

    The good thingsPhil-Data provided me with several training that are needed for my work performance. I was certified ITIL Foundation v3 thru Phil-Data. I also had a chance to train some of the employees of Phil-Data that enhance my training skills. I have met with different important clients that boosted my confidence in facing and dealing with them professionally.
    The challengesI believe that every company has its own challenges and some of which are really pressuring but still fulfilling in the end once resolved. Dealing with clients and their requirements are truly tough. But it is a very rewarding experience once you are able to address their concerns or requests.

    The good thingsMy employer has a great employee support. WIth an average number of vacation and sick leaves. I am personally supported by the Vice President for Sales in all areas of my selling activity. He gives suggestions for what to do on certain situations. I also asked his advice on my personal life. He's pro-family boss. My company provides commissions based performance but the vendor/supplier usually gives incentives beyond our expectations. My selling skills improve tremendously. i would suggest that this company will build you up greatly if you're planning to be a product manager someday.

    The good thingsWorking PDBSI may develop your skills and exposure to technological progress. Most of the employees has a very welcoming approach and often goal oriented.
    The challengesIf the candidate is apt for shifting hours, the Managed Services may be ideal. But the rest of the departments were operating in an 8:30am to 6:30am Monday to Friday only. Support for off-business hours and holdays may be scarce.
