Phesco is employee oriented. Every department us vital and supports each other immediately.
The good thingsPhesco has 6 month evaluation form for every employee to monitor their performance and reward them for their effort. Phesco has security of tenure as well. Phesco has great people who were employee and goal oriented which as well very supportive and approachable
The challengesMaybe the challenges that I had to face as an employee were the transition of the company for the betterment. But with the constant guidance, support and assistance of every department, adjusting with the transition were not too much challenging. Afterall, it's for the company as a whole.

    Career growth opportunities
The good thingsProvide employees with ongoing opportunities and incentives to learn, develop and grow, both in establishing new job-specific hard skills, as well as softer skills that serve them well as individuals, and as managers and leaders.A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone
The challengesI enjoy friendly relationships with my coworkers.Workplace diversity maybe a challenge, specially for some of us who have limited exposure to people from different walks of life.
