3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
    Good for Experience
The good thingsGenerous in trainings and seminars which is a good way to learn while working. Some employees are also warm and very approachable. Relaxed and flexible work schedule. Spending is not too strict compared to other companies. Weekends are sacred, so overtime is only done when really necessary.
The challengesCorporate promotion is rare. Increase in salary is very low. Sales is the priority of the organization, so the management can sometimes be biased towards the team and its people. Traditional organizational culture and set-up. Very family-style and hierarchical. Some co-workers and team leaders are challenging to deal with. Some tasks given are also irrelevant to position/original job roles.

Good but lacking on some aspect
The good thingsFlexie work time (at least for me). Good market visibility and credibility. Colleagues are friendly. Values safety the most.
The challengesI'm looking for more training opportunities that is supposedly initiated by the company leaders to train employees. Sometimes overlapping scope of work.

    Not your usual internship experience
The good thingsThere were a lot of tasks given to me and I learned a lot. This made me feel like they trust my abilities and so I did my best to not disappoint them. My supervisors were very friendly and approachable. During breaks, they would talk to us and ask how we're doing. As for the other employees, they also made me feel welcomed. I was able to talk to them and ask for there advise regarding school and work stuff.
The challengesI don't have any concerns regarding this matter.
