    Pharmalink as a provider of opportunity
    The good thingsThe company provided me an opportunity to experience doing collaboration with Pfizer, our principal company (as Pharmalink is a \"CSO\"/third party type of a company) and this experience is the one I appreciated most.
    The challengesMy status in the company is quite confusing since Pharmalink provides me with my salary but I work for Pfizer. This sort of creates a confusion on the reporting system as there are sometimes conflict on whose instruction to follow or whose goals to focus on
