Very bad experience wasted so many years staying in the company
The good thingsFlexible schedule
Working by your self most of the time
The challengesThey offer car loan and said they would give you an option to buy it but after resigning they didnt do that.
No yearly salary increase, even you are performing well.
No medical insurance.
No bonuses.
Incentives are delay.
Toxic environment, does not have a standard or correct process during transition.
