May not be the perfect company but better than other ESL companies.The good thingsBetter salary than other ESL companies. The basic is low but the incentives is high. There might be changes in our incentive scheme in last month of this year 2016, tho.
It was just established 2 years ago so all of the equipment are new.

The challengesJust like a typical Korean company, the policies change constantly. It creates confusion to the employees (sometimes but not so frequent like what others think, may be I am more optimistic than them).
It was just newly established so the admin is still working out on everything.
