    The good thingsThe Top management was evaluating you in a personal level. That's a good thing there, they will take you personally.
    The challengesThey are all unprofessional. Attitude is a key if you want to stay cause if they don't like your attitude they can easily off you from your job coz they don't care if you have a good performance in your job if your attitude didn't meet their want they make your life miserable at work and they do whatever it takes just to remove you from your position. The owner's of the company is so blind by the management.
