Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila2 to 3 years in the role, former employee
Good, high-standard owners but internal politics and crab mentality make environment draining.
The good thingsThe owners are generous, professional, and uphold very high standards. Truly an organization that values excellence and goodwill.
The challengesExtremely draining work environment. Everyone acts like a boss with a sense of entitlement, yet there is very little accountability. The culture is dominated by politics, favoritism, and unhealthy competition, making employees feel unsupported, undervalued, and unmotivated. Sales people are cheap and unprofessional. Not very Porsche

    It's challenging but fulfilling job.
The good thingsThe co-workers are professional. The working environment is fine. And they allow employees to WFH (back office jobs only) because of Covid.
The challengesI hope they hire more employees, since the existing employees does the tasks that should be assigned to other employees.

5 to 6 years in the role, former employee
    Department Secretary - Sales Dept.
The good things- salary was on time and valid O.T.s were being paid -SSS, Medicare & PAGIBIG Contributions were updated - with free uniforms - gives the mandated 13month pay and across the board wage increase - has paid VL (12 - 15 Days) and SL (12 - 15 Days) which is convertible to cash. - provides free trainings - Christmas Party has free foods and employees get goodies or there's a raffle
The challenges- in my 6-year stay with them, I remember to have only one appraisal/increase. - sportsfest is just for basketball enthusiast and the other employees still have to work. - No outreach activity/significant contribution to the betterment of the community. (All their marketing events are purely designed for their high-end clients). - when there was a \"reorganization\"
