Overall working with Pfizer is Great.
The good thingsOne of the great benefits that Pfizer has to offer is a comprehensive Health and Life insurance. Pfizer will not only take care of you but Pfizer will take care of your whole family.
The challengesI think, in this kind of work, it's really challenging. I only wish they could reduce the load of work and don't own all the process, so the people will still have the work-life balance. They should be proactive in telling people to file the OTs when they know that you received complicated work. Even if they are providing work-from-home, it doesn't mean that its okay to give all kinds of tasks since they are just at home. We also have a life aside from work. And salary should compensate for the amount of work they giving you. #justmyownopinion

    Finance Lead- Consumer Health Business
    Jul 2019
Partnered with the Consumer Business General Manager wherein we were able to turn around the business exceeding sales targets for four consecutive years
The good thingsAside from the very generous annual incentive program, there are a lot of opportunities and career developments awaiting for the employees. There are also a lot of training and mentoring sessions and could be done even outside of the country. Pfizer has an open door policy and you will be very proud to be working with this company as you will be part of the top multinational pharmaceutical company.
The challengesSometimes due to the workload, you will feel that there's no more work life balance, howerver it's still up to the employee on how he will address this concern. There's also a big issue on promotion but I also believe that the employee has his own responsibility to work on this promotion.

It requires a lot of discretionary decision making.
The good thingsThe employer is fair to its employee and make sure that the problems within the company and the employees concerns are addressed.
The challengesYou have to multi-tasked and have to work in the fast paced industry and make discretionary, decisive decisions on problems and resolve immediate conflict between the employees and the company without violating the standards provided under our labor laws.
