    The good thingsPeople. You'll find good working environment and working relationship (Controllers Dept.) that reduces the stress of the work itself.

    The good thingsThe company provides all the basic needs from day 1. Health benefits and insurance are readily available. They also provide a certain level of creativity/voice from everyone's inputs and are willing to answer questions on the company's direction.
    The challengesWorkload can drastically increase if you prove your worth in the company, but the difference in rewards is minimal from average performers. Frequent overtimes were also experienced. Opportunities for career development within the company is close to none. Bonuses depend a lot on external factors and not on one's performance.
