    Dead end job, slim to none chance for advancement.
    The good thingsThe actual work is average in terms of difficulty, but working environment varies depending on areas where you are assigned, there are areas where the temperature and humidity exceed what a human can tolerate.
    The challengesSystem in this company is a terrible mess. Aside from low salary, regular employees are "regular" only in title, in terms of benefits regular and contractual employees are exactly the same.

    The good thingsI do love working here because the relationship we have as employees. I have a good relationship with my co-employees even my boss. I am directly reported to the vice president of the company. I believe, respect is the key why we have good relation with each other.
    The challengesThe challenge in working in this company you have to deal with a lot of bosses or feeling boss individual. It's really a challenge to be with those people who are they think themselves better than those people around them.

    As sweet as dessicated coconuts.
    The good thingsWhat i enjoyed is the working environment. Everyone is friendly and laughing is part of your job description. We had a choir so that every time we have foreign visitors from Hersheys and Mars, we can entertain them. The managers are strict but they know how to mingle with the common employees. We have free hospitalization too. Giving birth is also for free!
    The challengesSince I am working in the HR department, I have to always extend my patience all the time. I conduct hearing for eering employees. I suspend employees that do not follow the rules and regulations of the company. It is hard on my part but I manage to explain them that it is a part of my job.
