    Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
    Politics is so high inside the company. Even the single minute late will be deducted but they not even consider your one-hour early on job. RCP is making Engineers' salary like Divisoria. No incentive for additional works for another project. What they know is only deductions.

    Workers and Management are working perfectly
    The good thingsThey took care of employee's whether you are new or old in the company. They also give necessary incentives for employee who work hard. They are also strict in policies and procedure that they follow from ISO certification.
    The challengesI think the only challenges you can encounter is being late due to heavy traffic coming from your home to the main office. It is difficult specially if your home is to far from the metro manila.
