    The challengesSince personiv was acquired by eclerx. I have 2 people reach to me one named personiv and another for eclerx, it was confusing. Miscommunication on their end.

    The challenges- It is mandatory to attend their "team buildings" every quarter during weekends and the expense is from your own pocket. You will sign a waiver that the company will not be liable if you get in an accident during the activity and if you opt not to sign, you will not get food during the team building activity. If you don't attend the activity it will affect your monthly performance and may cause PIP. - Managers have a myopic view. Even if it is your off day, they will not accept any excuses from the employee's end as long as there is a company activity. What if the employees want to rest on their off days? - Very toxic culture.

    Top performers face more work with minimal salary increases and no career growth, while micromanaging managers make long-term commitment difficult, despite the great work environment.

    The challengesIf you are a top performer, you will be given more work with only a small salary increase and no real career growth opportunities. The environment is not suitable for long-term commitment due to micromanaging managers. This company does not foster professional development or recognize true potential.

    NO PROMOTION, NO SALARY INCREASE FOR TENURED EMPLOYEES
    The good thingsONLY BECAUSE IT IS STILL WFH
    The challengesDespite many years of service in the company, there have been no salary increases or promotions. There is a pattern of removing employees from the account and transferring them to another, resulting in better compensation for those individuals. Unfortunately, hardworking employees who are left in the account and perform their duties diligently are not given the opportunity for advancement or salary raises. Additionally, the company pays newly hired employees much higher salaries than their homegrown counterparts, despite the latter shouldering more workloads without commensurate growth opportunities.

    The good thingsThe only good thing here is that they are still in WFH setup.
    The challenges1. Hard to file leave - only one person per team is allowed (where's the work-life balance?) 2. Salary increase has tier - they have a very low salary increase even though you deserve more 3. No proper onboarding process - no proper onboarding process for your tasks and for new tasks as well. you will just rely on guide since the team lead doesn't know anything about your job 4. No training - no training is provided to improve your skills 5. Pay doesn't match workload - more tasks and responsibilities will given but the pay is just the same

    The challengesI had a surgery and I have to use 5 of my sick leaves and this results to my failing scorecard and I have to be enrolled in PIP. You can't be sick in this company.

    There's no hope for salary increase
    The good thingsCulture, that's the only reason why people stay here. Work/life balance will depend on your department and supervisor.
    The challengesThey can offer higher basic pay from external hiring but the tenured employees are still getting the same basic pay from 5-10 years ago. For staying 5-6 years, I was only able to raise 6k for my basic pay. It's not worth it to stay here for that long.

    The challengesThey do not have plans on increasing the salary of their existing employees. Annual appraisal is 1k pesos at max. Some employees are not qualified for this and this appraisal is not good.

    The good thingsWe are working from home. 3 yrs from the pandemic started. There is Side hustle policy but is it good that the employees need to have side-job just to earn enough?
    The challengesThey are only proud of the company's revenue. Salary increase does not exist here and they do not have plans.

    The good thingsFor someone who came from different companies and industries, this is by far one of the best workplace I have been with. Colleagues are great, all are approachable and professional. Leaders are open to comments and suggestions. As a rank and file I feel included as everyone is informed with what is currently happening in the company. Great benefits. Lots of events for employee engagement, that employees can also benefit from.
