    Great working Environment and Great People
    The good thingsEasy to work with colleagues, they are all team player and nice. The Management team is very supportive and provides help if you have challenges with your clients. But most of the time they will empower you to make a sound decision for your client and what is best for the company. Lots of things to learn , online traning access are provided . Flexi time and you can WFH. This is a local company so do not expect a package given by international organization so set your expectation right and be fair when it comes to Salary and packages. One thing i am sure of ,those who resigned who experienced working with other organization who has better offer would eventually come back to PASi and PASI welcomes it like a family , of course if you have a good record and the right attitude. That means something.
    The challenges1. the demands of clients and also some clients has no proper turn over but its already a work in progress on how to prevent this from happening. 2. very lean operation, need to be proactive in hiring grassroots to train

    The good thingsJust the yearly Christmas Party with raffle.
    The challengesNo job advancement, better if company can provide training. Only one person is sent for training and yet the owner expects everyone to know its employees to know everything. HIGHLY NOT recommended for people with dreams to pursue career advancement as you are stock forever to where you started. They will keep on promising you with a lot of things but those promises will not be realized.

    The challengesManagement is inconsistent. Some teams are managed great but some very poorly especially if you are directly being delegated with work by the COO and CEO. No career path. No benefits except for a bulok company healthcard. Reimbursements takes a life time to be released. Not for people who aspires big. Boooo!!!!

The biggest mistake that I made is to be fooled by promises made by this company. Biggest advice that i can give is to think 100x before joining this deceitful company.

    The good thingsOfficemates are easy to work with.
    The challengesThere are a lot of subsidiaries, you dont know in which company you belong to. Does not give us the accurate 2307. you are not sure of what will be your future. No yearly increase. You will only be recognized only when you tender for resignation. It will be great is staff will be trained for new products or product releases. Everything here is self study and yet they expect very quick output from you.
