PCPPI is only best for newly graduate people who wants to gain experience that will challenge you, not for long term work.
The good thingsGreat colleague and workload for fresh graduate.
The challengesThe management is the worst. They do not support its people, they blame all mistake on the people not on the higher management. HR is so incompetent on there job. Promotion is the worst, they undergo 1 year probation before getting promoted.

The company equipped me with work ethics and passion.
The good thingsA diverse working environment. Room for advancement - I have learned how this company I am in, operates, at different levels. Great experience for future job opportunities - even if I decided to move, I could still stay part of company’s team due to good employee relationship as well. Improve both personal and professional experience.
The challengesAt first, the idea of fitting in. For figuring out how to be part of a new work environment can at times be discomforting. But as I got along and initiated to get to know my coworkers by working on team projects promotes common interests and builds trust. One thing I could share is that ask questions if you don't understand something. Be friendly and respectful.

    Challenging yet rewarding.
The good thingsIncentives are based on your performance percentage. The more you perform more than the set monthly sales target, the more incentives you will get. Aside from that you have the benefit of having a car plan payable in 5 yrs thru subsidized payment scheme set by the company. What more can you ask for?
The challengesIts a fast pacing industry. Competitions are always around you in every inch of your area. Safeguarding is the real challenge in maintaining market share for the company in the industry.

Its a very challenging roller coaster ride.
The good thingsI enjoy working with new faces almost every time. Its quite a challenge to adjust to different temperaments and backgrounds. Working with PEPSI thought me to become a person not just for the company I'm working with but to the partners as well. It's always a win win situation, like meeting your partners individual objectives while accomplishing the company's initiatives and goals.
The challengesIt's very challenging to be working with new players every time it would be much better to be working with individuals of whom our trust and confidence have already been build and tested. The retention of these individuals is crucial to the attainment of the company's goals.

An engaging and dynamic working environment.
The good thingsThe company gives an annual increase and salary bonus for almost 4 straight years since i entered. The scope of work will enhance you as an individual as you're going to be engaged in dynamic demands of internal and external customers. The company established its Standard Operating Procedure, policies and guidelines in every transaction. We are a registered IPO Company thus we look and meet with financial and operating standards to strengthen the integrity of the company.
The challengesThe challenges that i think most of us encountered in the field and i think everyone would agree is investing for the Integrated Systems Application such as WMS and SAP which is an on-going project now, also strategical location of warehousing to eliminate lead times of the materials.

It was a great experience being at Pepsi.
The good thingsThe people there are wonderful. They're very welcoming, almost everyone greets everyone whenever they ran into each other. I was just a student intern there so I cannot really comment about the salary but based on what I have heard and also because I have made some friends in the company, they say that the salary is above average. So I'd definitely consider applying for a job at Pepsi.
The challengesAs a student intern, I haven't had any difficulties working there. In my situation and position, there wasn't really a challenge given to me.
