    The challengesMaybe just the main office location, since I live in Taguig and traffic flow going there is just a bit challenging (especially C5). But all-in-all? I'm currently enjoying my stay with PeoplePartners

    The best job experience I've had so far!
    The good thingsThe people are friendly and easy to approach. They paired me with a client who recognizes my potential and nurtures it. Salary is good! It is the perfect job for me, and I love that I can do it from the comfort of my home. It definitely allows me to maintain a work-life balance. PeoplePartners also checks in on you and your well-being, and you can feel safe sharing the good/bad things (work related) you're facing. Definitely a great company.
    The challengesCurrently, I haven't encountered anything bad or difficult; they really are taking good care of me.

    I am so grateful and blessed with how PeoplePartners has been so generous to its employees, from the perks to work-life balance, I am loving it here and I am hoping that more people apply and join us.
    The good thingsThe company really takes good care of their employees. They have a lot of benefits aside from the government mandated ones, like free equipment, food vouchers every month, loyalty and birthday gifts, etc. All of the staff are very approachable and easy to reach out to.
    The challengesI have been with this PeoplePartners for more than a year now, and I must say that the only challenge I had was when I had to move to a new client (still under this company) because of redundancy, but still PeoplePartners was able to get a new and better client for me.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here because of their good management. Even though we work at home, they always let us feel belong through company activities online/face to face.

    So far, so good 👍
    The good thingsWell, almost everything :) Management is commendable. Compensation is competitive. So far great clientele. Everything has just been smooth since my first day and I'm grateful for everyone and the opportunity.
    The challengesSince the equipment is provided, some sites must first be coordinated with the IT. But overall, it's still good and understandable. Communication internally is great too.

The company provides regular catch-ups and assessments to ensure you are on top of your role. The HR and Operations team conducts regular assessments, so you and your client are satisfied with the services and compensation structure they provide. You will also gain experience working with international cultures and work practices. This is important if you are interested in working in an inclusive working environment with other nationalities. The company embraces diversity and inclusion, which values the impact you make for your client.
    The challengesIf you don't find dayshift or a full remote setup appealing then, you'll need to find your own outlet for your social battery. Although remote setting can be challenging, the company promotes your well-being by keeping in touch through events and meeting requests.
