    The good things1. Pearson, as a learning company, gives you access to all their textbooks and other learning platforms so you can learn new skills. In addition, there are company-initiated training that you can apply for. 2. The company is rapidly expanding in size and in scope so there are many opportunities for lateral and vertical growth. 3. Since the HR Shared Service Center Operations in Manila is still in the state of growth, you have the chance to streamline and improve the rough processes and therefore contribute to the general success of the company.
    The challenges1. Many changes happen. Sometimes, you are not yet used with the implemented change and there are more things to change for the sake of efficient delivery of HR services. Definitely, working with Pearson at this stage requires flexibility and adaptability.
