    My experiences with this company helped me to grow and mature as an individual.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with positive people around me. They helped me on how to cope up with stress on my first days in the hotel. Also, meeting different people with different personalities shaped me to be more flexible and to care for people's concerns even though I don't know them well.
    The challengesEveryday, I face different people with different complaints. Some are easy to deal with and some are not. There came a point where I cried because it's hard for me to deal with people with a not so good attitude. But those kind of things challenged me everyday to extend more grace and kindness with people. Dealing with their concerns were not just a challenge for me but it's also a learning experience.
