    Been with all the levels of departments from the basic up to the highest level, both personal, premium up to the business accounts.
    The good thingsEnjoying the perks of having stocks given by the company which we earn additional other than our salary every payout.
    The challengesIt's has been very stressful since the level that I had was already the highest department. Calls was not filtered which means I received all types of concerns and issues even though there are different departments for each concerns. Although I am capable of all of those concerns, the calls should be directed to the designated departments. Not to mentioned that the salary for level upgrade was not increased.

    The good thingsYou will enjoy the incentives and benefits in this company. That I cannot dispute.
    The challengesYou have to be more patient with yourself and meet the numbers otherwise you will soon end up in a program where you cannot catch up and that would be too late. That is one life lesson from me. Otherwise you will be given plenty of chances to improve. Make sure that the left hand knows what the right hand is doing otherwise you will lose.

    The challengesIncrease PTO. As the volume of work is heavy I believe that increasing PTOs would be a great help for the employees.

    The good thingsfun and diverse crowd they make it a point that you belong and are part of a unified front.
    The challengeson my time there the company was in early transition and migration of its workforce from the U.S there were some minor snags operation snags which came about due to the pandemic but was expected on those early days. it was rather fun building the process map for the line of business.
