    Grounds for great learning opportunities
    The good thingsEnvironment is great. Management are really approachable and cares for their employees. Superior is also open for your ideas and is really mentoring me.
    The challengesCompany is still expanding, since company is growing - manpower is growing. Responsibility of an HR is also growing. Hoping they'll add an assistant or additional HR to help level the work load soon
