    Career Growth and Caring Management
    The good thingsThe team leaders are generous in sharing their knowledge and experienced lot of trainings/seminars. The top management is very supportive to its employees from the contractuals including janitors, messengers; especially the HR dept. There's also an annual increase based on one's performance.
    The challengesWork life balance. The tasks are more than the expected job description. Need to be more patient and flexible.

    The challengesThe only challenge here is that they stock us in the evening shift wherein every 12:00 in the midnight there is no elevator and we're in the 11th floor. Guard is friendly however, there was a time that they were very annoying

    The good thingsWorking in an insurance company helps in your standing in your career. When you work in that particular industry, they expect highly from you since you're in a financial sector, like in a bank. They also have the best persons to help you.
    The challengesI'm working in a branch so personnel is not really helping at all in my work. Its like you're training by yourself. No help whatsoever. I believe that the company has a lot of room to grow. Especially for the newbies.

    The good thingsnear my place, good environment, good office, 13th and 14th month, can transfer to different department if you are not comfortable or suitable to the department where you are currently assigned to, christmas parties, social events
    The challengessalary is very low, treatments are unfair, promotions are only for those who have backers, work load is unfair, working hours are bad, sometimes you cant go home after 5pm because they oblidge you to do OT even if your workload for the day is done, bosses are not good, unfair, objective and selfish. no christms bonus, deductions are bad, overtimes are not credited on time, connections is bad
