Coop that helps peopleThe good thingsI've been a member of PHRMPC since 2015, at first I was assigned to a client and I was treated very nicely. All of our inquiries and concerns were answered. Now that I am hired by them as an internal member I now know their effort to accomodate their members and I also still feel very well taken care of by the management.
The challengesAs a microfince officer, the number of members who are availing a loan is what's making mt job challenging. But as time goes by, I have developed a strategy to do my job more efficiently.
