    Worth it but draining
    The good thingsThey are generous in terms of compensation and with free snacks (pantry). They are willing to train you and you will definitely be more knowledgeable and disciplined by their strict policies/rules.
    The challengesLack of manpower that led you on having too many tasks. Its like your workload is actually equivalent to 2 employees.
