The challengesThe challenges in working for an enterprise like Pandayan Workshop is coordinating with fellow workers and colleagues as a team. While I entered the bookshop on September of last year, which was more or less three months after the \"peak\" for a retail business like Pandayan, I experienced dealing with different challenges, particularly during after-school hours, Sundays and Christmas season.
