    The good thingsIt’s always about the team that you worked with together with supportive managers and heads. We were like a family that encourage each other and the bond is just so awesome. In terms of work, this company is people friendly and always make sure that every guests needs is given to them. I am so happy to be part of this company and it’s always a good choice.

    One of the great casual fine dining here in the Philippines
    The good thingsI enjoyed knowing different kind of guest and i also enjoyed working with the team.Handling guess complaint and knows how to anticipate the needs of the customers.One of the good thing also when you give customer satisfactions.
    The challengesone of the challenges i was encountered here was a guess complaint due to delayed serving of their foods because customers know that they are always right so i asked our supervisor to give some complimentary soup to make them calm down.

    The good thingsThe company provides their management team different orientation in order to motivate them to become better leaders and excellent service providers. To work there is like working in your second home, making each and everyone a member of your working family.
    The challengesThe downside in working for this company is that you may not be able to have a personal time. Since it belongs to the service industry, an employee's timetable cannot be fixed. Being able to use an Annual leave would take a long process.
