A great company wherein you can do self learning and get opportunities to learn more by yourself.The good thingsI love working with different kinds of culture and nationalities. I learned a lot here from the very beginning. A lot of workloads but you will thank them later for teaching you doing multi tasking at the same time mastering a one task but it will benefit you outside the company. Aside from VL and SL, we have extra leave - CH (company holiday).
The challengesMany workloads per person. For an IT person like me, salary is not that big. Doing a lot of extra mile to the point it's already out of scope. Most departments don't have work-life balance esp the tenured ones. Some of the bosses are not open to move up or upgrade their staffs.
