My great days here.The good thingsCo-employee is absolutely friendly and the owner is totally kind and generous to all of his employee. Atmosphere and ambiance inside the company is not stressful at all. The duty and responsibility here of one employee make him or her more dependable and the progress of one talent or I should say skills continuously developing and the progress is getting higher regarding to the area of work.
The challengesFirst I found myself difficulties regarding to the job responsibilities and scope of work because its my first time to enter a manufacturing company but nevertheless thru learning and experience now I can cope up with this nature of business. I can say that all problem we may encounter in our work is not a hindrance to continued our development instead treat them as part of our personal growth.
