    Yearly Increase, higher than industry standard.
    The good thingsOnly PR agency I've been with that has a yearly increase and when the business is good, always give up to 2 months bonus across all of its employees. No exemptions.
    The challengesChallenging, as they have very high standards. Difficult to work with others who came from other agencies as some of them had an attitude when they came in.
