    Away from the family.
The good thingsComplete benefits. Fast promotion. You can go to other places. You will meet other people and different tribes.
The challengesIt is a target oriented work/job. You cannot go home if your collection is not complete, today's transaction can't wait for tomorrow, rain or shine, even if there is still the virus you have to go to the area to get the payments. They dont allow you to rest. You have to wake up 5:30 and sleep sometimes 10pm or midnight. You cannot take a rest in the afternoon. You are working for almost 24hrs everyday. You have lack of sleep, you will feel stress and deppress

I enjoy being part of this company that made me a better person in a field of financing.
The good thingsI enjoy the benefits of having 2 weeks vacation in paid with bonus during christmas season.
The challengesI noticed that working in a financing company was hard and there is a lot of pressure in reaching the target monthly but to the most important thing is to grow as a person as you work here.

The joy of working for a company with a mission for a poverty-free society
The good thingsGood training ground for learning self-discipline and patience. Great people to work with. Management is very supportive and employees never stop the process of learning specially in dealing with the ordinary but entrepreneurial people who strive to make both ends meet everyday.
The challengesThe organization must fully exploit the benefits of automation and the power of the Internet to improve its internal processes. More investment is needed both in cutting-edge technology for a more efficient operations as this would benefit everyone in the end.

This kind of work will train you to become a more productive and smart employee.
The good thingsI am more challenged in dealing to those client who always asked for my help and assistance to learn new things about my work or product, and because of that reason I always make myself be more knowledgeable so that I can always have answer on each situation.
The challengesMy biggest challenged in this work is time management and long patients to the work I am being tasked to accomplish . And thru out the years I work on this company learn how to deal on this kind of challenges.

    A development officer's life
The good thingsI have enjoyed staying in baguio because of the nice weather and the people are very native when it comes to their culture. I learned proper time management and being patient enough to attain certain goal. We are task oriented so I acquire knowledge and techniques on how to meet given task or target. Satisfied with the salary, benefits and allowances and the friendly working environment
The challengesIt involves self descipline and patience. We worked even until 3am just to meet the given target but sometimes our superiors are still not satisfied. They seem don't see the hardwork we are doing and the worst part is when they tell you that you're not doing your job
