Learned a lot about the practicality of the profession .The good thingsIt broadened my view of architecture, from design to its implementation. Meeting with the clients to giving them what they need for their projects, economically and practically. The company micro manages people, so sometimes we work at our own pace, knowing that there would be a report coming soon from the project we're handling to our boss. The boss in our conpany is not just a senior architect as it is, he checks and corrects every detail from architectural, structural, sanitary, and electrical with the help of his approved consultants. That is why, learning while working in the company is good for starters o the profession.
The challengesAt the company, the management needs a little re-structuring.Staffs need to be delegated their exact position,to be responsible enough, and to be efficient at work. Time management also is a part of the challenges I encountered at the company, meetings were over rated. After another comes another, a day consumed by meeting.
