Challenging but Exciting for my growthI enjoy here a lot. My teammates are smart and work hard, and our Head is very hands-on with review and teaching. He is strict but fair, and he makes time to coach to all of us without favoritism. The mood is light because of team work.

High-pressure fast-paced work environment with generous benefits
The good thingsPros: - Most employees are nice (at least in my department) - Rice subsidy - More leave benefits compared to most companies - Meal allowance (canteen) - HMO (Pro), but for the employee only (Con) - Bonus
The challengesCons: - Salary adjustment is delayed. - Six day work week - Decision-making can be slow. - No more employee welfare activities - Lacks advancement opportunities as the company almost always hires outside people for higher positions

The challengesInternet access is limited, need to use personal gadgets in researching thinGs related to work. Documents approval takes too long 6day work per week, no time for relaxation.

One of the best in steel mill companies.
The good thingsThe HR department is very friendly, willing to guide and motivate their employees. The employees in the Engineering department there were very eager to train us, interns. They will commend you if you did a good job, or will criticize you in a good way if you didn't. I also liked how they care for the environment, considering that they use bunker fuel oil as their primary fuel. They make sure the plant won't emit black smoke.
The challengesThere's always room for improvement. I would like to see the Engineering department with a new building, considering that engineers are builders. I know they can do that. I also hope the canteen will be air conditioned.
