    The good thingsMy team, they are very supportive and friendly.
    The challengesUp until now I haven't received my backpay. It's been 2years since I passed my clearance. The HR always say that they haven't received any advice from the financial department for my last payroll. The company is in near of bankruptcy since the lost of globe account.

    Working in a BPO has been a great experience.
    The good thingsif you are trainable, you'll be given a chance to experience or learn they're environment, how they work or how you should work. I think BPO companies believed that \"SKILLs CAN BE LEARNED\"
    The challengesSince my shift schedule is Graveyard my challenge in everyday is Sleepy at my Station but i will make sure my responsibilties are to solve the problems of my clients and i drink coffee everyday to prevent sleeping at the Office.
