    HR intern

Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
My internship at PSA was great. The supervisors and employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
The good thingsDuring my experience at PSA, my supervisor was accommodating and guided me in all the tasks that I was assigned to perform. I was able to experience the different facets in the HR department even though my internship was only for a short period. In addition, the employees there was great. I did not feel uncomfortable being around them on the first couple of days, they did not let me feel out of place.
The challengesOne of the challenges I encountered during my stay at PSA was the lack of personnel, specially in the HR department. My supervisor was the only one in charge of the HR tasks and as well as the admin work. It was hectic juggling all the facets while managing all the employee files. Nevertheless, the tasks were fun and I learned so much because of it.

The good thingseasy job, no-brainer work
The challengesbosses are surely egotistical. they demand respect when they usually don't give one. no due process given to employees. employees has no voice, no rights, only the bosses are humans. worst management team ever! very low remuneration
