    Good for fresh graduates only
    The good thingsCompany is good, working environment is also good. Not stressfull and it is 100% work from home. Fun workplace and very nice colleagues. Nice workplace
    The challengesHowever, this company is only good for fresh graduates. No salary increase even if you are very unique one. Unfortunately many of my great,good, smart and flexible colleagues resigned and they just easily let them free. They are wasting talents sadly, no growth.

    The good thingsThe camaraderie inside the office is warm and close. The firm provides a good opportunity for entry-level workers.

    The good thingsI enjoy working because i delivered sketch dwg to cad I enjoy challenging about cad I enjoy creating designs lay out frm cad I enjoy sharing knowledge to my colleagues I enjoy for being useful person.
    The challengesI did not enjoy when the company not remetting the sss remittance. I did not enjoy if there is no 7 days vacation I did not enjoy if there's no sick leave I did not enjoy if there's no pagibig loan

    My working Experience
    The good thingsworking environmen here is very light. Though they are really strict about working policies. Here in PDR your not treated as employee your treated as family. You can eat together with your bosses. You can play computer games with your bosses during lunch break. As programmers your job is very unpredictable and very hard but with your co-workers here in PDR everythings will flow freely and light
    The challengesChalleges here are the different projects all over the world. As programmer its very unpredictable so your project will serve as yoir challenges. And your co-employee are always there to support and help you in every step of the way. Since im a fresh grad my seniors are very hands-on with the newbies. Working with other companies is also one of the challeges that yu need to handle.
