good school for students but not for teachers
The good thingsMy co-teachers from our department are great and very helpful. They provide a lot of activities for students
The challengesThe school maximizes the workload of teachers based on hours needed but not by the gravity of load (like preparations). The school also discriminates the educational background of teachers (big universities were given big salaries). The school lacks support on career development of teachers

Salary is good compared to other private schools
The good thingsThe students are nice. They have competitive salaries compared to other private schools. There is at least a week of paid summer vacation.
The challengesThere are very few benefits. Not much room for growth. Awarding of employees rarely happens. There is no sick/vacation leave during the schoolyear. The other mandated benefits are not updated regularly. It is paid but the reporting is not updated.

So many working loads and I handled elementary and high school students as a substitute teacher without being informing me during pre-employment.
The good thingsThe facilities like aircon and elevator then, friends.
The challengesPressure from boss, a lot of working loads, low salary, longer time working then we have to report on weekend.

    Pace is a Miracle
The good thingsOur principal allows some employees to adjust their time in or out as long as operations will not be affected. The people in the company are also generally smart and hard-working and easy to get along with. There is also a small teacher to student ratio, with 27 students being the maximum number for each class. These things allow Pace to grow.
The challengesThe school's communication system needs a lot of improvement. Necessary information is not disseminated properly. There is also a confusion in terms of admin functions since there is no organizational chart and clear description of duties and responsibilities. There also seems to be a lack of staff.
