    Slow Career Development
    The good thingsThey have good benefits to offer and they are good in organizing recreational events like they were a big company.
    The challengesThe salary is too low, slow, and uncompetitive. The superiors only seen their people based on seniority not in their staff's work-load and contribution. The company is best for fresh-graduates and people who do not seeking for career development and at ease on their job and what they're receiving. It will give you good experience but not in the term of the job appraisal and compensation.

    The good thingsIt really helped developed my communication skills both with both external and internal clients. This office can really bring the best out of you.

    The good thingswith regards to my job,i can say that i am happy,my boss here is generous. i am amenable with other HR tasks.with regards to salary simultaneously ,i suggest to make it higher that usual salary grade.
