    The good thingsThere are a number of good and decent office workers coming from the supervisory and rank and file. Most of them are very diligent with their jobs and dedicated to whatever is assigned to them.
    The challengesThe management style of the owner is dictatorial and it permeates through the other members of the management team especially those who have been with the company for the longest period of time. Most just follow out of blind loyalty
