    Very smooth and professional
    The good thingsVery welcoming culture which I am looking forward to. The permanent work from home set up is what's most attractive in this company's benefits as it promotes work life balance to employees. Prior me joining, the company ensured I was able to get my equipment and HR had a meeting with me to discuss on the expectations and certain company policies so I will not be lost during my first day. I am very happy to have joined Outstaffer and I can't wait to contribute to this company with what I know of in payroll processing.
    The challengesThe challenge for me would be the schedule as it is in the morning side
