    Working here as an intern was truly amazing. All the employees were so nice and friendly.
    The good thingsThey will let you experience work as if you are already a professional accountant. Working with the people here was not stressful. They are all nice to everyone and they will not hesitate to help you improve in every step of the way. You will learn and develop more while working here.
    The challengesThe challenge here is the different tasks that you will encounter but, it will really help you in a positive way. As for my experience, I loved whenever they gave me new tasks because I learn a lot from it. I explore things that I do not know before and I can actually applied what I have learned in our school. Most importantly, I enjoyed all the experience while I am here.

    The good thingsTeam i great and we almost like a family. I learned more how to develop my other skill, and also i learned how to manage my work life yo my other priorities.
    The challengesWork sometime required to extended hours to finish your all task and to meet the demands of the client.

    I learned a lot of things in a way you will probably grow as responsible employee.
    The good thingsIt provides comfortable working environment for employees. Every single day becomes more productive and you will be trained and learned a lot from them. Employees are very skilled and fun to work with. An excellent training ground for fresh graduates.

    It is a very good experience growing with the company and be blessed as part of this team.
    The good thingsTeam is like a family - as much as possible, no one's left behind. Any problems can be solved once you open it up to associates and/or bosses. Learning more and implementation of work life balance are both priorities.
    The challengesHonestly, when you learn to love what you do and your job, any challenge is just a usual vision of upcoming success :) There could be challenges in planning and dealing with different clients or environment but at the end of each tasks, you see yourself getting more flexible and productive as staff and as a person :)

    The good thingsThe good things I have experienced while working with OBSC are: We are like family, we are so-called a team that we helped to each other even we have different clients handled, we have granted OT meal everytime we have rendered overtime work, have meals and transportation allowance when on field or when we have our client visit, and we have understanding and very patient boss and senior associates.
    The challengesHaving low rate slary which is not suitable to my workload or shall I say my responsibility have given me worries with my monthly budget and having no work-life balance.
