    The good thingsThe working environment in PH office is great and people are nice, the reason why I'm still staying in the company
    The challengesTimeline & Process not being followed. Always pushing to complete the Project much earlier than the set timeline and/or deadline. Always proposes process but always bypassed steps within development phase to complete the Projects earlier. Ex: Timeline is 4 months but will push to finish by 2 months, suddenly want to finish module(s) that shouldn't be doing on that sprint(s).
