    Great people, not that great pay.
    The good thingsThey have great people who are very welcoming. HR and some of the managers are very focused on how the employees are handling work.
    The challengesThe pay grade is not that competitive. There is an obvious bias for the Sales Dept regarding the allocation of resources. Sadly the systems in improving sales personnel are flawed and ineffective.

    The good thingsThe company treated every employee as a family member. you'll even experience suspension of working hours and/or sudden work-from-home schedules if there are unexpected happenings (e.g., storms). It even has monthly fun activities for the employees, for they believe that it's important to let everyone have fun at least once in a while.
    The challengesas an AE we're expected to bring sales in the company, which is quite of course pressuring and overwhelming at some point, but they'll guide you well throughout the process, so you dont have to worry. what i may suggest to the company is for them to offer more training and seminar to attend, to motivate the AE's continuously and strengthen the sales aspect of work.

    A good training ground for a newly graduates.
    The good thingsEnjoyed learning from work experinces and superior. Having a good relationship with other employees. More fun activities such as games and AVPs. Having bonuses in holiday seasons.
    The challengesIts a big challenge for me being a fresh graduate because of having no idea about work. But goo thing is I have people with me that educate and guide me to do the assigned job. Interacting and dealing with people in different places with different personalities.
