    My Nursing Career in OMMC
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center because there a lot of opportunities and tasks that i could experience as a Nurse in this hospital because our hospital was categorized a tertiary hospital meaning it has a maximum number of bed capacity compared to other hospitals which are categorized as secondary and primary one. A lot of new skills to adapt.
    The challengesI just find it difficult to deal with other personnels who doesn't follow the standard of procedures in our hospital because they just do things for the sake of camaraderie and in return those standards are set aside and tend to be forgotten.
