    Good working environment
    The good thingsThe team and management are all very commendable. Everyone is accommodating and provides good motivation to each real estate agent. The management are also kind and generous to the sales people.

    The good thingsI had my internship in OCLP Holdigs, Inc., the experience I had was the as real as working. I was thought on how to do things on how they do it, involved with work and corporate surroundings. They gave me an experience that I may not be able to get from other employers. They made me feel that I belong.
    The challengesI had a pretty tough time adjusting working. They supervise you at a short period of time so you must learn pretty fast to cope up with works, but as fast as you learn everything you have to know, things goes easy.

    The good thingsWorking hours is flexible..You need not to have a close supervision to succeed.. Self motivation should always be present. Knowledge of the project is really important as to the skills for you to be able to achieve your goal. Not to mention the mastery of the it so you will have a easier time to close a transaction. Above all, you will have the opportunity to earn millions in a ver short time.
