Management is now focus on career development and Salary parring
The good thingsManagement is now focus on career development and Salary parring. 98% Work from Home with optional and minimal hybrid set up (atleast for AU managed Team)
The challengesLocal Management requires more attention on listening on their employee's needs. I am lucky that I am not part of the team that is locally managed anymore. Otherwise, work-lifebalance is a mess as they lack man power. Stress is normal, but overloaded with work all the time is not No career growth in some part of the business or roles.

Place where you can build your career
The good thingsYour workmates/clients are kind and approachable. People are very friendly also. In my team, my managers commend all the efforts I do and compensate me accordingly.
The challengesSometimes the workload is overwhelming but if managed properly, it's still good.

    A great place to work.
The good things- Free Lunch every Friday - Recreational Room, Billiards / Arcade - Nap room - Laptop for Work From Home - Free internet for tenured employees - Allowance for Maid / Nanny - Healthcard - Competitive Salary
The challenges- Management listens but sometimes took long to action due to processes which is understandable - Training's are often done in the span of an hour or two - Processes are still in work or in progress. - Working on Weekends or On Call.
