    as part of the accounting family, being a reliever (if clerk/cashier is on leave) in different plants in SLO operation is so tiring. No consideration on the part of the reliever.
    The good thingscompany outing suppose to be for everyone which is plus point of the company but, sad to say for selected person only. Where this group of people are close to the regional executive officer. VEry very wrong!!
    The challengesthe company needs to orient some employee/s especially in marketing (plant operations) in good manner. And also company needs to enhance their teamwork and employee in main office especially CYCON department & ADMIN.

    The good thingsI enjoy working in my present company since i acquired lots of experience in manning of a plant. I also acquired knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment while maintaining safety standards based on OSH.
    The challengesAs a Plant Supervisor/Safety Officer/Pollution Control Officer, i understand the pressure of my work. It helps me motivate and improve myself in handling stress. i have learned to discipline myself and managed to control every situation i encounter in my work.
