    My experience at Orix was both valuable and enriching, offering numerous opportunities for learning and growth. However, sudden and drastic changes in management with very short notice created a more tiring and exhausting work environment. It felt as though the company's morethan 40 years of existence and established practices were overlooked.

    The good thingsIt is a growing company with a very good direction or path. The difference of this company to others is probably its less bureaucratic organization where you could even talk directly to the President over the phone. The staff are well-trained and you are surely rewarded if you are a productive employee.

    Orix Metro is a great company to worked with. The company is a member of Metrobank Group, an evidence that it is of great credibility.It also originated from Orix Japan, the country's largest financing company.

    Multi facet work experience
    The good thingsMy employer exposed me to different stages of financing cycle from its birth (application processing) to its death (release of chattel or recovery). Also, I was assigned to different places in the country thereby exposed me to different culture & people.
    The challengesI hope my employer will be able to address lingering predicaments its employees faces such as workload, rational compensation & fluctuating moral.

    Opportunity to learn
    The good thingsThey gave me an opportunity, at an early stage of my career, to become a branch head. This gave me so much experience despite of my early start. It also opened me to meeting more clients in the locality where I was assigned.
    The challengesBeing a branch head, it really carries a lot of responsibilities, which then made me somewhat stressful. And also, I was waiting if I could be promoted to an officer level rank, since I am currently handling more responsibilities.

Workng environment is like a second home and co worker as a family.Everyone helps and work as a team to reached the individual full potentials and to achieved the Companys main goal and that is to provide the best experience as a customer or a client. These maybe gleaned from or, a result of a well balanced management and everyone treating as a family.

You will not be challenged by the work alone in front of you but, it becomes an invisible challenge for every individual working with the company to become a better employee. That is, with regards to task, with co-workers and, with the customers or clients whom we gets our motivation and aspirations to suceed if not to excel as individual.
